A Brief History
Founded in 2005 by two experienced engineers Andrew Troth and Martyn Needham we began our journey in a facility on the outskirts of Doncaster, Yorkshire. Building upon their breadth of experience Andy and Martyn focused on providing a reliable, affordable service, striving to develop best practices in quick release conversions and rapid change over parts in order to offer our customers optimum productivity and reductions in downtime.
In 2013 we moved into our purpose-built headquarters’ and manufacturing site in Harworth, Nottinghamshire. Our manufacturing facility comprises leading design and programming software alongside the latest computer-controlled machining and finishing equipment, enabling us to produce Changeparts and related components to our customers exact requirement efficiently and with high precision.
In 2018, James Needham joined the team and from the outset, he immersed himself in the day‑to‑day operations and quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth. Martyn retired from his position as a working Director in April 2026. Following his retirement, James has assumed the duties and responsibilities associated with the role.
Now as the Directors of an established manufacturing company, Andy and James continue to encourage a devoted team of engineers to develop new best practices within the industry whilst maintaining the core values on which the company was built.
